Protection built around verifiable delivery.
This policy explains when the 30-day indexation commitment, six-month replacement window and pay-after-live model apply to a Web Grouth placement.
This policy applies only when the relevant protection is confirmed in writing for a specific order. Search engines and publishers are independent third parties; the policy defines Web Grouth's service remedy rather than guaranteeing third-party conduct.
1. Purpose and eligibility
The policy is designed to reduce fulfilment risk for clients purchasing guest posts or link insertions. An order is eligible only when Web Grouth confirms the applicable protection before publication.
Eligibility may depend on publisher policy, niche, target URL, content, link type, pricing and whether Web Grouth controls the fulfilment route. Custom outreach, restricted niches, client-supplied publisher deals or orders with exceptional publisher terms may use different protection.
2. Pay-after-live delivery
Where $0 advance payment is confirmed, no service payment is due before the agreed placement is live. Web Grouth will provide the published URL for verification. Payment becomes due after the live page is accessible and the agreed core placement details have been checked.
A minor publisher edit that does not materially change the approved link, destination or agreed placement does not make the delivery incomplete. Any material mismatch should be reported before payment or as soon as reasonably possible.
3. 30-day indexation commitment
The indexation window begins on the first day the final live URL is supplied to the client. Indexation means that the page can be found in the relevant search engine's index using a reasonable URL-based check. Search Console access is not required unless separately agreed.
Eligible remedy
If the page is not indexed within 30 calendar days, the client should notify Web Grouth with the live URL. For an eligible pay-after-live order that has not yet been charged, no placement charge is due under the confirmed terms. If payment has already been made under other agreed terms, Web Grouth may first arrange indexing assistance, a suitable replacement or account credit, as confirmed for that order.
Client cooperation
The target URL and destination website must remain live, lawful and technically usable. The client must not request publisher changes or actions that prevent a reasonable indexation check during the window.
4. Six-month link replacement window
The replacement window begins on the original live date and runs for six calendar months. It applies when an eligible publisher removes the agreed link or makes the link materially unusable during that period.
Replacement process
Web Grouth will first contact the publisher or investigate restoration where practical. If restoration is not reasonably available, Web Grouth may provide a comparable replacement website based on the originally agreed niche, quality range and price level. Exact domain or metric matching is not guaranteed because inventory changes.
One suitable replacement is the standard remedy unless different terms were confirmed. The replacement placement receives only the protection expressly stated at the time it is approved.
5. What the protection does not cover
- Ranking, traffic, leads, revenue, DA, DR or any other SEO performance change.
- Normal metric fluctuations or search-engine algorithm updates.
- Changes requested by the client after publication.
- A target page that is deleted, redirected, blocked or materially changed by the client.
- Removal caused by unlawful, misleading, infringing or undisclosed restricted content.
- Publisher-wide closure, hacking, sanctions, force majeure or events outside reasonable control where no suitable inventory exists.
- Pages or links that remain live but are later treated differently by a search engine.
- Orders whose written terms expressly exclude indexation or replacement protection.
6. How to make a claim
Send the order reference, affected live URL, target URL and a short description to nasirhaiderseo@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 332 7810261. Claims should be made promptly after discovering the issue and within the applicable window.
Allow reasonable time to verify the status, contact the publisher and propose a remedy. A claim is resolved when the page is restored, a suitable replacement is delivered, or another written remedy is agreed.
7. Payment, refunds and credits
For an eligible $0-upfront order that fails the confirmed live or indexation requirement before payment, no charge is due for that affected placement. When payment has already been made, a replacement or account credit is normally considered before a cash refund unless the written order terms state otherwise.
Refunds are not available merely because rankings, traffic or third-party metrics do not change. Any approved refund will use a reasonably available method and may exclude non-refundable processor or currency conversion charges.
8. Questions and confirmation
